- Voice Data. When you use voice cloning features, we process your voice recordings to create a digital voice model. This voice model is associated with your account and is used solely to generate content at your direction.
- Facial Imagery. Photographs you upload are processed by our AI to generate video content. We use facial features to create realistic visual outputs.
- Data Classification. Depending on your jurisdiction, voice recordings and facial imagery may be classified as biometric data. We treat this data with the highest level of care and security.
- Purpose Limitation. Voice models and facial data are used exclusively to provide the Services you request. We do not use this data for identification purposes or share it with third parties for their independent use.
- Retention and Deletion. You may delete your voice model and uploaded photos at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove this data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Consent. By using features that involve voice cloning or facial imagery processing, you provide informed consent to the processing described in this section. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of these features and deleting the associated data.
