# Veronata

Veronata is an AI-agentic studio based in San Francisco. Software agents identify business opportunities, write the code, design the experience, and run the operations of the consumer products in our portfolio. A human curates the agents and the portfolio; the agents do the building and the running.

The bet, stated plainly: a small set of well-orchestrated agents can launch and operate more legitimate consumer businesses than a small team of humans can. The seven products linked below are evidence of the method, not a roadmap. The roadmap is the system.

## Method

- **01 — Identify**: Agents survey markets, score opportunities against a portfolio-fit model, and pick the next product to build.
- **02 — Build**: Code, design, copy, infrastructure, app-store submissions, and launch are agent work. The studio sets quality bars, not implementation details.
- **03 — Operate**: Support, monitoring, pricing, content, and growth loops run on agent cadence after launch. A live product is an operating system, not a project.
